2007 International Workshop on Multimedia Signal Processing

MMSP-2007 is the ninth international workshop on multimedia signal processing. The workshop is organized by the Multimedia Signal Processing Technical Committee of the IEEE Signal Processing Society. Organized on the island of Crete, MMSP-07 provides excellent conditions for brainstorming on, and sharing the latest advances in multimedia signal processing and technology in an inspired setting full of history, mythology and art. The focus of MMSP-07 is Multimedia Interaction and Communication. Papers are solicited on the following topics:

• Implementations on multimedia processors
• Implementations in portable/wearable systems

A thematic emphasis for MMSP-07 is on topics related to processing, and interacting multimodally with, the disparate multimedia information of the web. Papers on these topics are encouraged.
